Worktracks works without an account. Until you sign in, your projects, hours and invoices stay on your device — in your browser on the web, or on your iPhone in the app. We never sell your data and we don't show ads.
Signing in uses your email address (via a one-time link or code). With an account, your projects, tasks, time entries and running timer are stored on our database provider (Supabase) so they sync between the web app and the iPhone app. This data is protected by row-level security: only you can read or change it.
Invoices, client details, your business profile and payment details (bank account, payment links) are never uploaded. They stay in your browser or on your iPhone, even when you're signed in.
Paid plans are sold on worktracks.xyz through our payment provider, Polar, which processes your payment details. We only store which plan you have and its renewal date.
The website uses privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (page views, referrers) to understand how people find us. The iPhone app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
Delete your account any time from Settings → Delete account, on the web or in the iPhone app. This permanently removes your account and everything synced to it. Data stored only on a device can be erased from Settings on that device (or by deleting the app).
